Guess what guys? The package with the steel standoffs arrived today - now I have "plenty" on hand :party:

My PhD-M6 landed in Australia yesterday :). On initial inspection, everything looks to be in good order. I can see that a lot of thought has been put into the design of the pack. I just need to wait for the package with my batteries to arrive before I can light it up.

Some pictures from today's work. My "work sheet" so that I know what I am supposed to do:

Pick two new driver boards. Make sure they are functional - program with initial settings:

Once boards check out, assemble packs:

Once calibration is complete, test with real cells in an M6 with the MN21:

Once pack passes all tests, it gets labeled so that I can track during data base entry, serial number creation and stickers, and (most importantly) so that I ship the right pack to the right owner/address:
