    Re: Question on the Arc AAA Turquoise Yeah, I just got my Turq about a week or two ago. I love this thing! The beam artifacts IMO are a small price to pay to have the brightness of the Turq LED. I can only imagine how cool this light would be with a DV ranked LED. Pity it's being discontinued.

    Ok, has anyone heard of RedCell batteries? I just bought 40 AAs for $10 at CompUSA tonight, and with one exception, they seem to work pretty well. I was installing them in a 2xAA light of mine, and it lit up fine, nice and bright. After shutting it off for about 10 minutes, I picked it back...

    Simply put: M@glite is a company that produces high durability flashlights using 20 year old technology, and will eventually scare its customers into not even talking about their products for fear of a lawsuit.

    I agree that they make a decent product, even if it IS 20 year old tech. They aren't my favorite product because of the beam quality, and the lack of brightness though. They make outstanding flashlight bodies, and most M@glites could suffer a nuclear blast and come out with only a broken bulb...
