Candy 535 VS Chinese 535 alloy ...
Candy 535 @ 16 degrees per side ( 55-50HRC ) returned a 350 slice roller Fail - Which dirty wood stropped back !
C535 Alloy @ 18 degrees per side ( 60-55HRC ) returned a 350 slice roller Fail - Which dirty wood stropped back !
I didn'y post a candy review ? for the 535 Candy .. If my poor memory serves it roller failed @ 200 slices with a 18 degree edge . Hence the 16 degree edge . The alloy 535 doing 350 @ 18 is much better , not fantastic ( butt better ) .
Video soon .
