1 x 18650 with extension tube, does this exist?

Hi all,

Been trying to see if there are any lights like the Ultrafire C3 which has the flexibility of using either 1 or 2 cells but comes in 18650 with a P7 or multi cree (3 mode or more) but this little baby doesnt seem to exist or my search skills have degraded after spending so many hours on this site

can anyone point the way to the light?
