10 million candlepower spotlight not working

The battery voltage is 12.3V, I checked the switch, bulb and continuity of all the wires. Everthing is fine........Is it true the full charge no load battery voltage is suppose to be 12.6v and empty 12v? What could be wrong?

If there's power getting to the tri-spade connector of the H4 bulb then the bulb must be cactus, check your negative line and in-line fuses (if it has any) :thumbsup:

12.6 full yes, low 11's empty. Put the Voltmeter on the battery and turn on the switch, you'll probably see the Volts go to 0 or some very low number. I'd guess time for a new battery.

+1, lead acid batteries can develop bad or weak cells that have them appearing to be healthy but they cannot sustain a proper load on them the only way to test them is to watch the voltage in circuit.
