My CBA II arrived today so I tried it out on a few 10440 cells I had at my desk.
A starting voltage of 4.3 volts is too high. You are probably damaging your cells. They should be charged to a maximum of 4.2 volts. How were these charged?

Aren't 14500s around 750mah? The best one on this chart is only 330, so I don't see how it's a miracle.

a few questions
How come final results are always in Ah and not in, say W/h? power takes into account voltage while Ah seemingly leaves voltage out of the equation.
Also, so in a voltsxAmp*hours graph, the best one is the one that goes the farthest to the right? so what does it mean for the UF 10440 that had the highest differential?

A starting voltage of genuine 4.3V for sure would be too high.
But the CBA II (at least the specimen they've sold to me, but why should it be different from others?) is not really precise in voltage measurement.
I've just connected a high precision bench supply, set to 4.200V (and in addition measured by means of a DKD calibrated DMM showing 4.2003V) to my CBA II and that apparatus claims to have an input of 4.30V.
So in my opinion the CBA II is quite nice for certain comparisons between similar cells but not for reliable absolute measurements.
