Hi,

I'm new here, I have seen your amazing projects and now I also have a small project where, and I want to use xm-l led´s.

Need to ask you guys if there is any lens / reflector with 10mm diameter compatible with xm-l?

Check out Ledil, Carclo and Khatod. I think Ledil has a few, interesting to see if optics/lenses made for the XP-G will work fine with the XM-L's in non critical applications. The die size of the xlm is larger , so check out the specs to see if it may fit. 10mm is rather small as the xml's die is 5X5mm I beleive. The base fitting end of the optic/reflector is around 6-7mm in diameter to fit it in. I sometimes had to drill out a bit of plastic to make certain leds fit in some optics that were not designed for them and worked out fine with pleasant results.

For reflectors, the McR10 can be bored/drilled to fit the larger diameter dome of the XM-L.
It will provide a large floody beam.

Here's a KL3 that I modified last week with 3 XM-L's paired with 3 McR10's that were bored to fit.
TONS of flood and actually throws suprisingly well due to the sheer overall lumen output.

(Still a work in progress. (note the long lead wires) The recessed pocket below the XM-L's will hold an XP-G and an McR16, switched and driven separately.)

Just what I have been looking for. Those reflectors, do they come any bigger than 16mm, but not more than 24mm diameter ? and who carries them? what is the beam angle (approx.) sorry for too many questions. Thanks
