12 volt to Variable charger for lithium???

I need a charger for lithium packs 3.7volt or 3.2volt...like this http://www.batteryjunction.com/tenergy-37-4400-pcb.html

but I need it to run off a 12- 14 volt dc car style source.

I had one spotted but it disappeared.

Batteries are in parallel, i.e. just about any 4.2 volt LiIon charger can be used.
