Sorry for the late replay, but my old account was out of order, today I get a new one.

Yes, there are some news. Yesterday I compete the cooling unit. See photos below. I hope the both fans are strong enough to cool the enormously heat of the HID. The 1500W power converter is also modified and finished. Know I have only to buy the battery and the UV/IR savety glas. And I am waiting for the alu ring adapter to fix and cool the HID in the pipe.

Here some pics about the current status of the 1200W flashlight. I will shortening the front and the end pipe so I estimate a full length of 85cm.
