I'm actually on the hunt for air horn information, but I came upon a site that has a 70W 12V area light (for emergency vehicles needing to light up an area they respond to).
The company is Havis-Shields equipment corp.

I wouldn't bother posting as I think most people want flashlights, but since they're 12V they may be of interest to somebody.
