14500 vs RCR123

which has more capacity?

I have been playing with some new SF headed AA bodies, I love a P90 driven by two 14500...can I use an RCR123 as a guide for runtimes?

Although usually specified the same, a 14500 will usually edge out an equivalent 16340 for runtime.

IIRC, it has something to do with a slightly lower internal resistance.
