15 million candlepower light

I bought one of these a while back:

They claim 15 million candlepower. I am a flashlight newb, so I am not even sure what this means.

This light uses a 130watt halogen H4 bulb and is rechargeable (AC adapter).

It is the brightest light that I have ever used. I took it out to our hunting lease, and was able to see for several hundred yards across fields after sunset.

My questions are as follows:

1) Does this light actually produce 15 million candlepower, and if so,

2) What is the lumen equivalent?

It's less than 15 million Candlepower for sure. Bulb lumens is in the realm of 1000-1500.
