Looks like it has 8 dies so it will be almost impossible to get a good focus. But might be good for home lighting. These usually comes from various Chinese manufacturers so the lumen claims can be inaccurate.

One of the good things in CPF is that sometimes I don't even have to ask the question and still I get the answer!

I got this 10 watt E27 replacement about a week ago and I almost asked does anybody in CPF know what kind of led it contains:

Thanks TMorita for answering my unasked question :tinfoil: :D Still, I better add some layers to my tinfoil hat.. just to be on the safe side..

300 lumens? You can get a 1W CREE that does 226lm and I trust their numbers more than some brand I've never seen before.

Nah, you cannot get a 1W Cree that does 226lm.

Remember, if you drive it at 1A, its a 3.5W Cree...

I second that. We have 3W bulbs that are 3 x 1W CREE LED's that aren't 240 lumens.

Well that depends on the bin of Cree led's and the efficiency of the optics.. 3 Q5's at 1 watt should be over 300 lumen... Crap optics would probably be the reason you are seeing so few lumen's... Are you sure it's under 240 lumen? Maybe someone could mod it with some R2 bin Cree's.. or even with MC-E's for even better efficacy :)
