ANyone have any history dealing with one stop knife? I placed an order with them a few weeks ago and can't get any response from them by email and the phone number is always busy. They have an "order cancellation page. But, when you go thee tehy state their police is the ONLY accept cancellations by phone, of course it is that same busy number.

Any suggestions?

Last I heard they were in the middle of a business move and would be closed a few days this week at least. Maybe wait a few more days and then try again. Check the website to see if there is a posting about a temporary closure. I usually get an email confirmation on orders I place so if you got nothing they may not have recieved it. I believe the guy who runs it is named Kevin.

I have dealt several times with them and had very good results. I usually call and place my order and they can usually tell me what's in stock and so forth.

I think they are linked to Blade Forums and someone over there may have more info.

TSG is correct. They were in the middle of the move until last week. They are good to deal with and are very reputable.

The only problem that I've ever had is that they will take orders on the web for out of stock products. This has happened to me several times so a phone call during normal business hours should clear up any questions.

Ditto... Only problem with 1SKS is they take ANY orders, no matter if it's in stock, will be in stock, or will be in development for being in stock (well, that last part notwithstanding)... Give them some more time.

I've never had a problem with them, aside from backordered things...
 
i won't place an order without knowing the item is in stock. most companies won't contact you if you place an order on a backordered item. that's bs in my opinion and wouldn't do business with that company.

I have purchased from them in the past year. I have a small decorated Sebbie on order with them now. They are fine to deal with. I call every now and again to check on the Sebbie. the waiting is killing me though. Just keep calling, you will get through eventually. I am sure once you speak to them you will know that they are reputable and will take care of your orders.
