2 or 3 mode driver with a 1A output?

Can anyone recommend a 2 or 3 mode driver with a 1A output. I really only want to be able to switch between full power and a lower power setting for the times when full power is not required. I don't need strobe or SOS functions..

Also, I want to run a quad XR-E setup so is it better to use a single driver and run the emitters in series or have two or more drivers and run the emitters in parallel? The battery will be Li-ion 18650's..
