yeah wish i had bought one of them years ago when i had the chance, i need a nice red light.
i put my two x5s side by side, the single mode def has a narrower throwier beam. im guessing its a 56 lumen model. interestingly the single mode has tighter thread tollerances and the leds are all set in the same direction, the dual mode has 'loose' threads and the leds are mounted in a star formation. i hope my DM is just a bad version of loose threads and hope niteize havnt made things worse ....... ?
