Buyers are welcome to negotiate by PM, but sellers _requesting_ offers is discouraged (actually it is against the rules, including "OBO" or similar)

Is your post regarding my previous post? I'm confused. My post#6 is a completely separate issue from my post# 7. As regarding post# 7, I would like to purchase the aforementioned product at the seller's currently stated price. Payment method is not stipulated, so I was hoping that a USPS money order would be okay, since I don't do Paypal. If I violated a rule, I deeply apologize.

On CPF, we would prefer any negotiations on pricing to be handled more discreetly.
