230V / 110V led

mmmm, so instead of serious parallel as would the luxeon V they appear to connect two banks of LEDs on opposite polarity and use high ohm resistors to step down the voltage...I like this idea

32.5l/w warm white 2 watt 110V LED, I'm not seeing these as being better than halogens let alone replacing current LEDs with low voltage transformers.
