26500 Lithium Primary?

Anyone heard of this? I'm wondering about applications for stored 2C lights:

ER26500
LS26500

3.6volts, 9ah (9000 mAh), common C size

They're 3.6 volt lithium thionyl chloride cells, intended for use at low currents, not that good for flashlights. If you do use them, treat them as hazmat for disposal purposes since the chemicals in them are more toxic than most batteries.

I use quite a few #26650 Sony Li-ion cells.

They are 2800-3000 mah and deliver 2C.
