Speaker uses the term light EV's which I think is e-bikes and e-scooters being the most likely to wreak havoc. Not that he is ignoring severe hazards of electric vehicles.

Also, you are correct about "Light EV's" being Electric bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and such (at least is my understanding)

It's an important topic, because I don't think most people with e-bike or EVs realize this can be a risk, even.
