2x CR2

Is there an equivalent rechargable? I've got a 2x CR2 led light, trying to go rechargable...

I've got a little Coleman that takes 2 X CR2, it looks like a protected 14500 will fit with a little wiggle room at the sides. I've heard they have a pair of resistors in the head, I figured I could pull those and direct drive it.

if its the coleman I think of, its true, its just an XR-E with ~4 ohms in series. It might not take so nicely to changing to rcr2's but a lower resistor (or maybe dd) and a AA sized lithium secondary would definitely work.

AW lists his 15266 size batteries as RCR2, but you can get protected 14500's with slightly more then double the capacity, that should fit in the same spot as 2 CR2's
