3.0V RCR123 LiFePO4's and lights

Are there any known issues with these batteries and directly replacing CR123a's?

Lights I will be using them with
EagleTac MC24
Novatac 120M

Dropins:
Malkoff M60, MC-E M60W
Nailbender SST-90

I know the run times will be down, but I am a bit worried, as all apart from the NT will be using multiple batteries. I am particularly worried about the M2C4 and may just use 18650's. Mainly just trying to cope with a single battery type, so I can take multiple lights, and not have to worry about multiple chemistries or sizes. Will cut down on having to take my whole battery box
