3.7 or 7.4

I post here because I'm wanting the Malkoff drop-in in my 6P. My dilema is this: Is the wolfeyes LRB-169B, rechargeable 3.7V or a total of 7.4V? I hope I don't state the obvious because it says 3.7V on the battery.:sick2:

A single li-ion rechargeable of most any size is usually 3.7 volts...but tops out at 4.2 fully charged.

would this be enough to run in a 6P with the malkoff drop-in? Any suggestions on a good combination to run with this setup?
