4" mag compatible head?

I have been trying to locate a (in the ballpark) 4in. or 100ish millimeter head that is compatible with maglite D size. No such luck as of yet. Any advise?

I Was trying to locate one of the heads H22A made a while back for his mammoth but no biters on the buy sell forums. I think modamag makes a 4in mag compatible but it's been a while since I emailed him to check availability etc. , no response yet.
