Here is another home made lampe:

I use:
- 4x ssc p4 led
- (4x25deg.) 50mm khatod optic
- maxflex driver
- strip from Lupine
- alu case 55 mm diameter
- battery : 3x 18650 2500mA liion 3s konfiguration
- led current on max is 750mA
- 500-600 lm
- run time on low is : 80 h; on max : 2.4 h

Very nicely done. Very clean build. Looks like a unit that could be bought as opposed to homebrewed. But what happened to the beam shots? You had to have known someone was going to ask.:twothumbs And how does your hi and lo work? 1 led for low and all 4 for high?
