Inretech makes a 6 watt drop-in mod. It is, of course, six 1 watt luxeons, and is a flood-type light.

The 5w adapter mentioned above is the MEGA6, its VERY VERY bright - but its a floodlight

For a normal beam, we also have the HELIOS - which uses 3x5w LEDs
