8mw green from eBay seller

Hi!

I was looking at this 8mw green laser found searching on eBay:

I see it have a different casing design in respect to the most common 5-50mw lasers: the front part, the opening in the back for the AAA batteries, also the somewhat uncommon power rating.

Has anyone any experience of hints about how it can be?
Better or worser than the more common ones? Or no particular differences?
