From what I could see this is the pack containing MQR06 charger. As discussed in another thread, this is not the best Eneloop charger currently mainly because it charges only in pairs, i.e. 2 or 4 cells.
Try to locate a pack containing MQR05, or even better MQR03 charger. Both of them charge each cell individually.

What would happen if you put just one cell in the charger mqr06?

If you only put one cell into the MQR06, it patiently waits for you to put another one in. In other words, it does nothing.

One day I will buy a good single cell digital charger, for now I'm using the Stock pair charger I have two since I bought 16 cells. I have a triton but I think the best bet will be a Maha or La Crosse.

Really? The Sanyo website seems state that the MQR06 charges single cells:

I believe he meant MQN06 which does only charge in pairs.
