A small bright light for a kid

Im looking for a small led flashlight that has at least 80 lumens and is under $25.00 for my brother who is 13. What would be my best bet?

+1 for this Ultrafire, I would humbly recommend this Ultrafire C3 for single mode, and this multi mode Ulltfire C3, in single cell mode, it can take 14500s for brighter light, but as your brother is 13, i would keep it simple in 2 x AA mode, it's also a lot easier to hold on to a 6 inch light than one 1/2 the length.
