AA to C adapters

they aren't all longer; and if they are, the difference is so small, it wouldn't make a difference. The Lenmar adapters don't actually add any length to the AA cell, they just make it wider.

AAs and Cs are the same length, nominally 50mm. I have some of the Lenmar adapters and they work just fine in C-type devices, though I don't know how much use they would actually endure in frequent insertion and removal of AA batteries (alkaline or rechargeables.)

An AA is only about .02" longer than a C. It assumes enough room due to springs and contacts. Probably will fit fine in 99% of devices.

OK guys,

Thanks for the input. Now with these 8 & 15 minute AA chargers, it sure beats having to wait 12 hours to charge up D cells. These adapters seem like a good idea.
