Do they measure the lumen value of their bulbs and LAs at the bulb or do they use the out-the-front measurement like Surefire?

For example, I'm thinking about buying this for my G2Z.

Would I be able to tell any difference in the output or beam quality with the 120-lumen P61 lamp I got in there now?

i have had 3 LF bulbs. fried 2. the one that i just received is an SR-9 which was rated 220 lumens. when ran side by side with my P90 there is little if any difference between the two.... LF seems to have a little tighter beam. i don't think you will see much difference between the P61 and the LF you linked.

They use bulbs lumens and about 65% of those incan bulb lumens are "out-the-front-" lumens.
