Adding 18650 batteries to Harman Kardon Onyx portable speaker

So... Dinhnn... did it work?? Is the speaker better?? I think i have a bad battery and i kive this speaker so i kinda want a better battery since its gotta be replaced anyways

Hello folks!

I will start the mod on my studio today.. Have you guys reached an understanding which type of battery is better (Protected or not)?

Another question.. The original battery of mine Onyx is dead. 0.00V on the multimeter. Do you guys think that i will have a problem if i weld another 2 good batteries in paralel?
