Advice on Ganp build needed

I am ignorant and I need help!

I have a Ganp 1 x CR123 body and head. The head is the clone of the 1st generation ribbed KL1 and is empty.

I do not know what specific parts I need to complete the light. I have read what I can on custom builds but it is like a foreign language to me.

The only variable I have eliminated is that I want to be able to use an RCR123 battery. Are there aspherical lens that will work with this head? If I go with a reflector, what do you suggest?

So, what parts would you guys use and why? I guess I should also ask if this is a relatively easy project that a noob with 10 thumbs can handle.

• EP 19 o-ring, if you need it
• McR19XR reflector
• GDuP Cree XR-E light engine

It's not cheap, but it's a nice combo. More importantly... no advanced skills required to assemble.

Might wanna have a chat with LedZep, he used some aspherical lens for Cree
emitters on his M6 LED builds.
Whether it will fit in the GanP head is another question
