Aleph 1x123 body OD?

Is this aleph 1x123 body's external dimension exactly the same as a surefire E1E body?

I'm mounting it on a gun with .830 OD mount.

No, it lacks the shoulder of the E1e and the flats. I don't know about the body itself and the knurled parts.
