Alkaline cell draw

I remember asking this in the past, but the search feature is dead again and googling didn't help, so I have to ask again: what's the maximum current that alkaline AA and AAA cells can deliver that'll let them give most of their capacity?

AA at 0.5 Amp = 1.62 Ah
AA at 1.0 Amp = 0.89 Ah

D at 0.5 Amp = 9.36 Ah
D at 1.0 Amp = 5.29 Ah
D at 3.0 Amp = 1.48 Ah

The less current the better...
