Hey guys. I am currently waiting on a 6aa to 2d adapter to arrive and I wanted to ask a question regarding voltages.
My intention is to load it with Eneloop batteries and make a 7.2 volt pack that I can pull out and recharge easily.
But, because of christmas I have to wait a few weeks until I can buy the batteries and smart charger.
On to my question. If I load this pack with alkaline batteries it should give me 9v unloaded. The module it is going to be running is DX Sku. 14413. Rated for between 3.6 and 8.4 volts.
Will I be ok with the 6 alkaline cells and the voltage drop, or should I just play it safe and make a dummy to run it with 5 alkaline cells?
I am leaning really close to just using a dummy, but I don't want my run time to suffer while I wait for my eneloops.
