BIG UPDATE!!
As of today my postal carrier canceled shipping to US due to issues with USPS (loosing packages, delayed delivery and not updating transit info)
Countries with normal transit to/from my place can be found HERE
Other option is DHL which takes 3-4days everywhere in the world but at the cost of 50$.
All packages sent previously are already in US
You are absolutely right. My package's tracking is stop showing since May 11th.

Actualy your package has been sent on 13th.
USPS just provided acceptance info and that's one of the issues with them

I had package from UK last month. It went through Royal Mail to USPS. Both agency showed daily progress through 10 days travel. I guess it's getting worse by time.

I was hoping situation will get better since most of the world restored their traffic and i was quite surprised seeing USPS being banned by many carriers.

Yeap, looks like USPS woke up.
Just a not to all buyers in US, packages have been accepted by USPS system and they are in the US network now.
