any 2xAA's under $200?

JUst a niche market for rich spies?

My first LED in the late 90's was a side by side 2xAA, yet I haven't seen one since aside from the obvious. Just seems so obvious, IDK why.

Which light is the obvious side-by-side 2xAA you're referring to? Your 90s LED light?

I had a Sidewinder years ago but I sold if after I got a Quark RGB.

Well Zebralight has announced a side by side 3x AA light that will do 900 lumens. The S5310 is not out yet but should be soon. Oh and the price is under $100.

No the obvious is the "spy", I assume currently available. As awesome as it is, I'm surprised there's not a poor-man's version of it. Not even a clone, just ANYTHING.

(the original rayovac led was big enough to be 3x side by side)

Most of Underwater Kinetics' lineup is side-by-side configs, but only 3x or 4x in AA; they do have a pair of side-by-side 2xAAA lights, one higher output and one longer runtime, ~$30 each.
