Any 6p clones with solid tail cap?

Has anyone ever run into any of the 6p clones that have a solid tail cap (twisty)...no clicky and no momentary button.?

Also, are there any that have had better front lens o-ring sealing than others? I'd like to find one where the o-ring sits behind the glass lens against a ledge and is compressed if the front glass is pressed (as in water pressure).

It's easy enough to seal up a tail cap but finding one designed to be solid from the beginning would be good.

The o-ring situation is hard to do anything about if it's not designed that way from the beginning.

There are a lot of clones out there, you'd think maybe one of them would meet these requirements.

Anyone? I'm posting here rather than the diving forum. If divers had found such a clone I'd already know about it.

Don't know about one with a solid tailcap, but I have a Spiderfire X-07 (stainless steel, 18mm, 3P-ish with extender for 18650) which does have the ledge/o-ring/lens/bezel arrangement in front.

As for the "6P clone", it's a little vague. Head and tail threads are compatible (with solarforce, anyway), but on the head end the distance from the flange to the o-ring is rather shorter, so some heads won't screw on at all, or maybe only by one thread. The head works fine on the solarforce, though, and completely covers the o-ring, just leaves a big gap further down.

Obviously, being stainless steel (and thus no anodize), making a twistie the easy way (anodized tailcap on anodized light) isn't possible, and you need to either gamble on one anodize surface not wearing, or use a more complicated design with the switching element isolated from the tailcap body, so it may not be the best option, but it seems the head could be useful.

I'll dig around my other lights when I get home and see if any have the same sealing.

Surefire used to make such a tailcap. It was designated the Z21. I don't know if you can find one now.

I've been on the look-out for a Z21 for years... The Grail of tailcaps!

Well, as I thought I remembered, the L2 head has almost the same sealing, with the addition of a hard plastic washer between the lens and the bezel to prevent scratching the lens when you tighten it. So maybe a stock Solarforce with the Z21 tailcap (assuming it's not a collector's item and/or you can't find a clone) would be the best option.
