Any Conversions available? Rayovac Sportman Xtreme 3AAA

I have a Rayovac Sportsman Xtreme using 3AAA batteries.

I am wondering where you guys buy brighter bulbs and if there are any guides for this to make it brighter.

This is my 1st post and i can't wait to learn some more stuff about flashlights. Good to know i am not all alone with my flashlight obsession.

Or maybe someone can just help me find one of those quad led bulbs or tell me the site where you guys buy good parts from? I haven't found everything on the stickies yet.
