Any good 10x Led Magnifying glass or Microscope?

Could anyone recommend me a good LED magnifying glass or Microscope. I prefer something with scale. I needed something in the range of 10-20x.

That 10x look like it uses button cell. How is the quality of the unit? Is the LED bright enough?

The 40x is too much for me.
