Any new LED mod ideas fo E1e?

I've always like the E1e but of course I'd like to have a nice warm tint LED drop in for the stock head as I like the reflector. Any one have any new ideas for that? I'm suprised there aren't any updates on the 5mm led front...

The only thing I can think off is the Malkoff E-series bezel with M30WF. It looks almost incan like. Very efficient with a single AW CR123.

I don't know if the legs would fit, but maybe direct-drive a 5mm in an FM E2e Bi-Pin socket (or a modded stock lamp)?

We can do 100 lumens with an IMR16340 pushing a Strion bulb:

But we should be able to get 400 off the same cell if someone can figure how to jam an MC-E in there!

the stock reflector gives a flood beam with leds.
Not new, but still bright with a nice beam:
McR20S, GD1000, Seoul P4 U2SWOH ---> 240-280 emitter lumen

Or perhaps an A2 mini
(E1e head, Seoul P4 + 3 red leds)

We have -- it's called the Roomsweeper, and it was made by Milkyspit for a SWAT cop. It's since become something of a phenomenon here, being one of the best pocket-rockets invented.

On / Off ---> clicky
Withe ---> red: loosen the head a bit
Withe led: GD500 driver
Red leds: simple homemade driver (20 mA to each led)
