Any one review the Romisen RC-E4 yet?

Any one review the Romisen RC-E4 yet? Details please. Thanks.
I have three Romisen RC-E4 flashlights. They are very good IF you upgrade the P4 or Q2 bulb that comes standard with it to a much better XM-L T6/U2 bulb of the size that fits the Ultrafire WF-501b/502b, etc.

(The Ultrafire drop-in bulb will fit the Romisen RC-E4 also, but the reverse is not true - the Romisen bulb will not fit the Ultrafire. Just extra info.)

After you upgrade the bulb in the Romisen RC-E4 it is a great flashlight. The biggest reason is that it has a long runtime on the low setting. Mine all last over 60 hours on one 3100 mAh Panasonic Industrial battery, and the one that has the thinner wall battery tube (i.e., larger inner diameter, so it can handle even a fat Callies Kustoms 18650 battery) will go for almost 80 hours without a battery change.

The bright setting is bright enough. You won't complain - I don't think. It's about 800 lumens.

But the low setting battery runtime is the reason to treasure the RC-E4. The output on the low setting is about 40 to 50 lumens, which is plenty bright enough to see where you're going at night, or (somewhat) light up a room when the electric power goes off at your house.

I'm not sure why the runtime is so long in the RC-E4. I heard that there's a resistor in the tailcap, so maybe that's it. I do know that if you put the same bulb and the same battery into an Ultrafire 501b, the battery will poop out in only 12 to 18 hours, only about 20% as much time as the Romisen RC-E4 will give you.
