Hope this is the right place to post this...

I've got some ideas for a Mag 2D but need someone local, UK based to machine the work for me if possible. Nothing major involved.

Any UK modders up for an experiment with me?

I'd suggest contacting Kooter. He seems to have a bit of know how with manufacturing or machine work and may be able to help. Can't think of anyone else in this country, but you never know... Try a technical college with a machining shop and keen undergraduates?

Try some local engineering shops, engine machinists, depends where you are.
I know there was a place in Bexley (Kent) that used to advertise on the front of their shop, bring in your designs, even if it's on a ciggy pack and we will try to help you, make/ design it.

I ventured in there once and got a quote for a vehicle brake upgrade I was working on and it was very reasonable.

Anyhow back on topic ask around.
