ARC AAA stoped working

I have tried 3 new batteries and it still will not come on.
Does anyone know the address to ARC so I can send it in?

Jeff have you tried the FAQ's at the top of the ARC forum. There are several things in there about the ARC AAA and what causes it not to work.
I know cleaning was one of the issues.
Just a thought.
