I just carry it loose in my right front pocket with my keys but not attached to anything.

I'm going to use the holster (Arc LSH), when I get the kit probably sometime next week. I wouldn't carry it in a pocket--if that ever fell out of a pocket and was lost I'd be very sad. Plus, with all the other junk I have in pockets it most certainly would be scratched up. I feel more secure having it on the holster.

i pocket it along with my Arc AAA..

it's fallen outta my pocket a couple times, but it was in the car. i sit kinda laid back when i drive so sometimes i have to pick it up off the seat b4 i get outta the car.

I have a lanyard attached to mine. I loop the lanyard around my belt, right beside my belt loop on my right front, then I drop the ARC "in the waistband". Appendix carry(well I don't have an appendix anymore, just a small scar. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif ) I have a Berkley mini-clip hooked to it if I need to use it without the laynard. I've been carrying it for a month now, works great. No one knows it is there, so no one ask to borrow it. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I use the clip on the Arc4...it replaced my knife so it feels totally natural... The only thing is people can see it so they always ask why I carry a flashlight...and when they find out how much it was, they REALLY go nuts. I get tired of justifying the cost to everyone all the time, because nobody understands my "flashaholism"!!

People give me a bad time for buying $60 flashlights. One coworker even called me insane over buying a $30 flashlight. I usually nicely tell them to worry about their own spending habits. Lots of folks are content with $1 to $10 junk lights. Or $15-$20 barely mediocre lights (Maglites). Only those of us that have seen the light can appreciate fine flashlights.

I also find it interesting when people imply that there is something wrong with carrying a flashlight. I've been called paranoid before for carrying a flashlight. To me, its prudent to always have a light handy. Why do some people consider it weird or paranoid is beyond me! These people are so skiddish over folks carrying harmless flashlights, I assume a CCW holder must really terrify them!

In my left front pocket along with my change. A wrist lanyard is attached to the split ring and hangs slightly out of my pocket counterweighted by a small cordlock. It's easy to grab and very rarely draws comment.

I've never been ribbed about carrying a light because most people don't know I have one until it is needed. Then they appreciate it. I do have a reputation around the office, however, for being prepared. Need a light, pliers, knife, screwdriver, or whatever? Ask Dave.

That's funny! I guess it's harder for a college student (such as myself) because 100 is a lot of money to drop on a flashlight, so none of my peers understand! (you know how much beer they could buy for 100 dollars!!!!) hahaha /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yellowlaugh.gif

I carry mine in my left front pocket. It's not attached to my keyring or anything. I originally used the clickie switch, but it was getting turned on in my pocket, so I switched to a twisty. It's smaller that way too. Most people can't believe how bright "that tiny little light" can be!

If I have pants on with a belt, I used the Arc OEM pouch but just I got a RipOff CO-37 and will be using that. Sweats with a shirt, I use a lanyard connected to a small split ring attached to the pocket clip. Sweats with no shirt, I was using the pocket clip but since I have the RipOff pouch, I'll use that now. At work, I use the pocket clip attached to the outside of the front breast pocket of my coveralls.

I use TY-1/5A-400ma rechargeables around the house and about but at work I pop in a 123A before I leave.

Arc AAA on keyring attached with BP mini-clip.

Arc LS (later sold), sometimes in watch pocket, sometimes just dropped in pants pocket.

Arc4: in left pocket attached using pocket clip.

I don't EDC the Arc4 that much of the time. If I did, I'd probably figure out some kind of anti-loss lanyard, attaching the light to a belt loop. It was similar with the LS.

I'm too dorky even without a belt holster, to even think of carrying a flashlight in one.

My LS is connected to a 3 1/2" chain with a BP Mini-clip on the end. Clipped to my left front belt loop and suspended in my left front pocket, it is completely out of sight, doesn't get scratched up,is comfortable to carry and can be used for most needs without detaching it from the belt loop so I have little chance of loosing it.

No pouch for me, thanks.

Like some others here, I carry my Arc LSH-P suspended from a cord which is attached to my belt. It hangs in my pocket, but above the other metal items, such as coins and keys.

Advantages to this method are that the light is seldom scratched, doesn't get lost, and is easily pulled from my pocket by sneaking my thumb behind the cord and gently pulling. It flips right up into my hand. If need be I detach the light from the end of the cord, since it's merely clipped there.
