Arc LS knockoff?

Others may have already seen / discussed this one. Kind of looks like an Arc knockoff. I'm sure it's not in the same league other than size.

That's Golden Gadgets, I believe. There's been a bunch of posts about them. I wouldn't call it an Arc LS knockoff unless every 2x123 incan light that's ever been made is a "Surefire 6P knockoff". It's just another 1x123 Luxeon light.
