For those of you with the LS-2nd that prefer more "white" light light than the shade of green that's present in the 2nd's, I recommend getting a SureFire E-Series Beam Shaper.
Not only does it pratically elliminate all signs of the green tint, but it smooths out the beam entirely. Another advantage is that it allows for easier turning to turn-on/turn-off the light. As some of you know, turning this sucker with a 123 pack can be a challenge sometimes.
The only dissadvantage that I've been able to notice is that the throw of the light is not quite as long with the Beam Shaper on the light. For close-up work, the Beam Shaper really makes a difference.
