ARC4 Clip

Just took delivery of my ARC4+ today. Impressions are good so far, except for 1 thing; the pocket clip is way too slack to be of any use. Is there an easy way to bend the clip down some more without snapping it? i tried with pliers and by hand, but it refuses to stay bent.

My clip was so slack that the business end was almost 1/4" from touching the body! When I tried to bend it in with a pliers, it broke (which is fine with me--I hate it, would rather just have a lanyard ring). This clip is not of the quality of the Surefire clips I've seen. . . .
