Are Linger Specials Still Available?

I've kinda been hankering for a new drop-in for my p60 host(a skyray SR-5) and the Linger Special caught my eye from the get go, but is Nailbender even still making them?

Also, do you think the Linger would be a good fit for my host? I couldn't find any threads about anyone using a linger with the skyray or the original lumensfactory host.

I was also thinking about an sst-50 drop-in, maybe the solarforce one that is only 40 bucks, but I don't know much about it.

How is heat buildup in the SST-50 vs the Linger?

Anyway, I have no doubt he'll whip up an LS to you. Personally I'm running one of his SST-90 modules in a 6P instead.:twothumbs

Stick with any of nailbender's offerings. Very high quality. And yes he still makes the Linger Specials.

Glad to know he still makes them. How is the linger with heat though? Also, is there any reason a linger wouldn't be a good choice for a seraph clone(Skyray)? Lastly, does NB make multimode lingers?

Yes NB makes them 3mode.

They do generate substantial heat so the 3 modes are useful. Dont tailstand on high and leave unattended.

The Lingers are a great alternative if finances are tight for you. I dont think you can get that much output from a P60 dropin for such a low cost anywhere else. They are amazing if you like a big bright floody type beam. There is a bit of cross over in the beam since it uses 2 leds so if you are picky about your beam then it might not be for you
